My Projects
I’m getting excited to finish the CD project I am working on right now with Kaiser Wilhelm (yes, his real name). And yes, for those of you who know me I said excited. “Shame, Blame, and Redemption” seem to be recurring themes in the world around us, in people’s lives, in my life. This will be my first project of totally original material. A few songs have been re-styled from previous release. I felt like a couple of those songs sort of got away from me at the time. Anyway, I will re-claim them with “SBR”.
SBR will feature the steel guitar wizardry of Stevie Thunder Allred (one of the best friends a song ever had) and Frosty McWilliams will be laying down some saxy riffs with his brassy gals.
I’ll be testing some of the material for the CD on unsuspecting coffee shop and restaurant audiences throughout the summer. Roosters micro-brewery, Layton, Snowbasin Needles Lodge, Harley and Bucks restaurant, Eden. |
